files gone, corrupt user profile?
Problem details:
Customer's computer was using a temp user profile because the customers user account was corrupt
Solution details:
After connected and running diagnostics we determined the customer had bad sectors on the hdd, all data in the 'corrupted' user account had been removed by windows. Educated the customer on data recovery options and warranty replacement of the hdd.
