Virus's and Spyware?
Problem details:
Customer was concerned that there were virus's and spyware installed as there were several windows that had popped up indicating that there were.
Solution details:
Preformed several scans on customer's computer using a variety of tools in both Safe Mode and Normal Mode, however no infections were found.
