Virus infection in email
Problem details:
Client had an issue with their Hotmail automatically closing and sending it's own emails to everyone in the contact list.
Solution details:
I identified the virus winntR1 running on the machine, performed a scan to ensure there were no other infections. Manually removed the winntR1 virus and verified everything worked as normal.
