USB Ports don't work
Problem details:
The USB ports will supply power, but the computer does not recognize any device that's plugged into any of the USB ports.
Solution details:
After ensuring the drivers are current and working correctly, we checked error logs and found many hard disk errors over the previous months. I recommended a hardware diagnostic.
