Problem details:
Customer was having many error messages and McAfee was not working properly.
Solution details:
OS corruption was severe, and we had to reload the OS before starting the tuneup. Once OS reloaded, removed HP advertising and junk software, updates to the latest Internet plugins (Flash, Java, Quicktime, etc) and started a full Windows update. Also installed McAffee to verify successful operation.
