Tune Up
Problem details:
Customer wanted the promotional tune up service offered during the boxing week promotion.
Solution details:
As the customer had already been doing a great job of keeping up with windows updates, defragging and disk clean up, only minor work was required to tweak the computer. We tweaked the startup options and running programs and removed the customer's older antivirus program so as his system is ready for the new version.
