Thunderbird already open when it's not?
Problem details:
Customer's thunderbird email client was reporting that it was open when it was not. This happened after the customer tried to import his old email.
Solution details:
Repaired customer's profile storage settings and imported his old email and address book into the client. Also configured and tested the email settings to make sure that everything was working 100%
