The Sims 3 Launcher crashing without opening
Problem details:
The Sims 3 Launcher program won't even open, instead a message that it has stopped working and needs to be closed pops up.
Solution details:
Reinstalled the game, manually updated it, reinstalled the latest EADM, updated .NET, and set the Launcher in compatibility mode.
