The Kaspersky who needed installation
Problem details:
Client has Kaspersky PURE 2010 and is unable to install it due to OneCare already installed on the computer.
Solution details:
We eradicated all traces of the OneCare product via the removal/cleanup tool and sucessfully Installed Kaspersky PURE 2010. Started to run a product update post-installation.
