Sound Card corruption
Problem details:
soundcard will not function, Speakers tested with mp3 player worked ok
Solution details:
Removed Realtek drivers and sound manager,
reinstalled realtek drivers.
had the client change plugs on the back of unit.
Client can now listen to music again
Everything work out great
