Really slow computer
Problem details:
The computer has become really slow over the past week.
Solution details:
Cleaned out unneccessary software and files. Updated system, security software, and commonly used programs. Tweaked windows settings and startup items to be more streamlined. Discovered hard disk errors are frequent lately, so ran chkdsk to try to fix the errors, and recommended a hardware test to rule out hardware failure.
