Problem details:
Customer noted that Printer was printing everything in green.
Solution details:
Through troubleshooting Cx had noted he tried a regular print head cleaning. Reccomended deep print head cleaning and new cartridges. If problem persists re-connect and we can investigate software and driver issues.
