Outlook is unable to open.
Problem details:
Outlook gives an error when trying to open it: "Cannot open the Outlook window."
Solution details:
The scanpst.exe utility in the Office program folder found and fixed errors, then also used the command prompt to run outlook.exe /resetnavpane. Outlook worked fine afterwards.
