ISO wouldn't burn
Problem details:
Unable to burn ISO to Dual-Layer DVD. Attempted to burn using WIndows 7 iso burner and received error code 0xC0AA0301. ImgBurn also fails the burn. Due to software glitch, transferred client to another expert for servicing.
Solution details:
Repaired Upper/Lower filters, reinstalled DVD drive, checked for Firmware update, none available.
