Freezing
Problem details:
Customer's computer was freezing and forcing the customer to re-install his windows.
Solution details:
The computer was most probably freezing due to virus and or spyware activity, confirmed that there were no hardware issues on the customers computer and advised the customer of the benifits of our setup service.
