Email and MSN Setup
Problem details:
Customer had a new computer, and was unsure how to setup Windows Live Messenger and her email
Solution details:
Updated windows, setup the customers email account under windows live mail. Setup Windows Live Messenger. Checked an email that the customer had an issue with, and everything worked great.
