Computer Freezing
Problem details:
Customer's complaint was the computer was freezing so bad he couldn't use it after a couple of days
Solution details:
Confirmed that there was no longer a virus or spyware infection on the computer after the customer had reformatted it, as well educated the customer on the importance of windows updates.
