Cannot open any web pages, but still connected to the internet?
Problem details:
Customer's computer can still connect to the internet and MSN works fine but internet explorer will not open any webpages
Solution details:
Under a diagnostics service we confirmed that there are no virus's infecting the computer and that the issue is just from a software configuration. Under a new quick fix service we will get the computer up and running again.
