Can't login to email
Problem details:
Using a Bell Sympatico email account, Windows Mail won't work anymore. It reports an incorrect username or password when trying to send or receive email.
Solution details:
After testing in the mail client and the webmail service, with a reset password we determined the account was locked from Bell's end. We contacted Bell and had them reset the account, then Windows Mail continued to work.
