Can I upgrade to Windows 7?
Problem details:
The customer has an older computer running Windows XP and wants to know what she needs to run Windows 7 on it.
Solution details:
I downloaded and ran the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor. Advised the customer of the incompatible software on her computer and what she could use to replace them. Advised customer they needed at least 1GB of RAM, while 2GB would be preferable.
