Aluratek Libra eReader unable to use bought eBooks
Problem details:
A new Aluratek Libra eReader can open the included eBooks fine, but is unable to open bought eBooks with DRM in them even though they're properly copied to the device and it's activated.
Solution details:
After double checking every setting and trying repeatedly with different eBooks, we determined the device is faulty due to various quirks it had during the diagnostics. The user is going to have it exchanged.
