As stupid as I sounded, Greg never made me feel like an idiot.  He was courteous and friendly and solved all my issues and took care of issues I wasn't even aware I had.

good at his job, knew exactly what he had to do,didn't waste time in doing it. able to answer obscure questions about product and help with old laptop. Had a personality and could make small talk while waiting for things to load, which made it fun

Greg was great.  I was unsure about the whole online help thing, but he definitly put me at ease.  Some how he was able to do that with out face to face contact.  I dont know if he went above and beyond, but I definiltly left with the feeling he did!
